We collect information necessary to deliver personalized mathematics tutoring, assess mastery, and schedule live sessions:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, role (Student, Teacher, Admin), and curriculum preferences.
- Academic Progress & Assessment Records: Quiz scores, response histories, topic mastery levels, submitted screenshot proofs, and teacher feedback.
- Calendar & Virtual Classroom Data: Scheduled tutoring session dates, times, and Google Meet integration metadata.
2How We Use Information
- To provide tailored math practice, diagnostics, and AI-assisted topic evaluations.
- To synchronize live session events with Google Calendar and generate video meeting links.
- To send automated notifications (such as score evaluations, upcoming due dates, and teacher feedback).
- We NEVER sell or rent student personal data to third parties or advertisers.
3Security & Data Protection
We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS in transit, encrypted credential storage, and role-based access control) to safeguard student records and communications against unauthorized access.
