Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 24, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the MathBridge educational platform.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering for an account on MathBridge (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“User”, “Student”, “Parent/Guardian”, or “Educator”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2Educational Services & Platform Role
MathBridge provides online mathematics education, interactive assessments, automated grading, customized curriculum roadmaps (spanning US, UK, Canadian, Nigerian, and International curricula), and live tutoring session scheduling.
- Lessons, practice sets, and mock exams are designed for educational enrichment and exam readiness (including WAEC, JAMB, GCSE, IGCSE, AP, and SAT).
- We continuously update curriculum materials, but do not warrant that external exam boards will not alter syllabi independently.
3User Accounts & Security
To access personalized assessments, progress tracking, and live sessions, users must maintain an active account:
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Students under 18 years of age should register with parental or guardian consent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
- Sharing accounts or access tokens across multiple unassigned students is strictly prohibited.
4Academic Integrity & Assessment Policy
MathBridge maintains high academic standards. Users agree to:
- Complete quizzes, mastery checks, and homework independently unless collaborative work is explicitly permitted by the instructor.
- Submit genuine score reports and authentic screenshot proofs when reporting external quiz results (e.g. Google Forms, Kahoot, Quizizz).
- Respect quiz deadlines and timers. Quizzes expire automatically once the designated due date elapses.
- Falsification of scores, submission proofs, or attempt logs may result in account suspension or termination.
5Live Classrooms & Video Sessions
Live tutoring sessions utilizing Google Meet or integrated virtual classrooms are subject to our Classroom Code of Conduct:
- Tutors act as designated room hosts and session organizers.
- Participants must behave respectfully and refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct during live video sessions.
- Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or redistributing of live tutoring sessions without instructor and participant permission is strictly prohibited.
6Intellectual Property
All curriculum taxonomies, proprietary question banks, AI prompts, visual formula sheets, logos, software, and instructional videos available on MathBridge are the intellectual property of MathBridge Academy and its licensors. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
7Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
MathBridge services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime and mathematical perfection in auto-grading algorithms, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures (e.g. Google Calendar/Meet API changes).
8Modifications & Contact
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of MathBridge after modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
